It was a peaceful evening at the Johnson residence. Mr. Johnson was relaxing on the couch, enjoying his favorite TV show, when he suddenly heard the unmistakable sound of running water coming from the bunkroom. A problem was unfolding.

It was a peaceful evening at the Johnson residence. Mr. Johnson was relaxing on the couch, enjoying his favorite TV show, when he suddenly heard the unmistakable sound of running water coming from the bunkroom. A problem was unfolding. That’s when he called us. When Tech Toby arrived and assessed the situation, here’s what we found:
1. The roof had been neglected, with no maintenance performed in years. 2. Small cracks 😢 had developed in the roof’s membrane, compromising its integrity. 3. Piles of leaves 🍃 had accumulated, causing blockages and further complications.
After removing the ceiling panel and insulation, we replaced the damaged beams and materials, ensuring the structure was fully restored and protected from future water 💧 damage.
The customer was highly satisfied with the results.
Mr. Steve called to report that the cab to his RV was missing.
