This guarantee confirms our commitment to your satisfaction and safety.

1. The 1-Year Repair Warranty

We offer a superior, industry-leading warranty on our service:

Coverage: Camperman & A Lady warrants the labor performed and new parts supplied and installed by our technicians against defects in materials and workmanship.our technicians against defects in materials and workmanship.

Duration: This warranty is valid for one (1) full year (365 days) from the date the repair service was completed, as documented on your final service invoice.

What We Cover: If the exact repair performed by our technicians fails due to a defect in our labor or the new parts we installed within that one-year period, we will diagnose the failure and perform the necessary repair at no charge to you.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover failures caused by:

Subsequent damage, misuse, or abuse of the RV.

Components that were not replaced or serviced by Camperman & A Lady Normal wear and tear, maintenance issues (like low fluid levels), or issues unrelated to the original repair.

2. Service Call & PricingWe operate with full transparency regarding our mobile service fees.

Diagnostic Service Call Fee: We charge a fee for a technician (Tech Toby) to travel to your location, conduct a professional diagnosis of the issue, and provide a written estimate. This fee covers our travel time and expertise.

Fee Credit: The full amount of the Diagnostic Serviceparts, and labor hours. No work will proceed without your approval.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your RV requires service under the 1-Year Warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Call us at 520-474-0925 and clearly state that you are making a warranty claim.

2. Provide Invoice: Have your original invoice number and repair date available.

3. Schedule Service: We will schedule a follow-up diagnostic service to confirm the failure is related to the original repair covered by the warranty.

Note: Any repair service must be verified and performed by Camperman & A Lady.

Performing repairs yourself or having a third party service the area covered under the warranty will void the warranty for that specific repair.
